This is the simplest chocolate recipe. It turns out quite good.
But i really don't know how to make it creamy, which just melts in your mouth, like the ones you get ready made.
Please let me have the recipe if any one of you know.
Milk powder -- 1/3 cup
Icing sugar(powdered sugar) -- 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder -- 2-3 tablespoons
Butter -- 100 grams (a little less than 1/2 cup)
Mixed dry fruits -- 1/4 cup (like almonds, cashew nuts and raisin)
Sieve milk powder, sugar and cocoa powder together 3-4 times. Mix nicely.
Chop the dry fruits into small pieces(except raisins) and slightly dry roast it on low flame (just for a couple of minutes.).
Add the dry fruits and melted butter to the powders and mix to make a semi solid chocolate mixture.
Spread it on a plate or mold and refrigerate it for an hour or until it becomes hard.
Ready to eat.
